dynamic yoga

The dynamic yoga called Vinyasa Yoga, focuses primarily on improving the flexibility, building muscle and & rsquo; endurance.

The course starts with surya namaskar, the sun salutation, to heat the body.

The postures are linked smoothly on a pace to develop the & rsquo; endurance and muscle strength. The postures are worked dynamically and statically.

The classes work the whole body or certain areas according to the sessions themes.

The body is stretched as a whole and to maintain a balance between strength and flexibility.

The vinyasa yoga postures explores more difficult than sweet Balinese yoga, always respecting the body and the limitations of each.

Concentration focuses on breathing which allows the body to improve in a gentle way.

Each course ends with breathing exercises (pranayama) and relaxation to relax the body and mind.
